20, 15, 10 down to 1 reps - no rest between each set

10 x 100m sprint - 40 sec recovery between each
1 min rest
5 x 60m sprint - 30 sec recovery
1 min rest
20 x 20m sprint - back and forth
1min rest
2 x 400m sprint - 2 mins recovery between each

25 - 30 mins hard work - feel the burn!

100 jump rope
8 pull ups
8 chin ups
15 burpee's
24 push ups ( 8 x wide / normal / close)
100 high knee's
100 mountain climbers
10 dips
3 weighted pull ups ( you decide weight)
3 weighted chin ups
max handstand push ups and hold (wall assisted if needed)

4 sets - 2 mins rest between each

finisher - no rest between each exercise

2min wall squat
2min plank
1min bridge

currently doing Insanity at the minute so this could leave me hanging out for cardio power and resistance tomorrow.

10 burpee (push up and star jump)
50 high knee's
10 db squat/bicep curl/shoulder press
1 min plank

warm up

7 chin ups
6 pull ups
6 dips
15 push ups
5 leg raises
9 jump squats
15 Australian pull ups
30 sec plank

x 3 sets with 2 min rest between

after last set have 1min rest

then:
200 mountain climbers
100 jumping jacks
100 high knees
fast as possible to finish

quite cheeky workout, mostly bodyweight strength with abit of cardio

Contributorgold Ross S 10 stages of hell - absolutely brutal

full body warm up

10 press ups
10 sit ups
10 squats
20 jumping jacks
10 burpee's ( no push up but jump at the end)
10 crunches
10 lunges ( 5 per leg)
20 mountain climbers
10 heel taps
100m sprint
40 sec recovery jog back
x 10 sets

once complete - 1 min active rest then 400m max effort to finish

full body cool down and stretch

Recommend doing this as your last workout of the week, usually i do this on a sat morning so i can let my body recover for the rest of the weekend. Usually takes around 30-40 mins depending on fitness levels.

mix and match the workout as you wish - increase or decrease reps/sets - change exercises or just smash it out and feel the pain!!!!!
