Well sounds like your a well rounded athelete, I'm on my second round through INSANITY, and no workout is the same, they all push you, so I suggest starting at the beginning. This program will definatley improve your wind!! Be glad to answer any questions you have on it. I'm a BeachBody Coach and love their products.
