Charlotte C Intermittent Fasting Tribe

Contributorgold Charlotte C I plan on starting the warrior diet plan at the start of next week. For those not familiar, the day is broken in a first period of 20 hours where you can eat lights snacks of fruits and vegetables, and a second of 4 hours where you eat a large meal of protein, healthy fats and vegetables.

T T Intermittent Fasting Tribe

Contributorsilver T T Does fasting for breakfast lead to weight gain? I've been fasting for a month between hours of 20.30 - 11.00 next day and I've found I've put on a bit of weight even though I am working out 3-4 days a week. Not sure if I should go back to eating breakfast...has anyone else had this problem?

Mike G Intermittent Fasting Tribe

Contributorbronze Mike G Now that the cold weather has started to set in up here in the North, I've noticed one thing about IF. I'm absolutely freezing during the day until I break my fast, then I gradually warm back up. I'm normally a person that radiates heat. lol Has anyone else experienced this?

Mike G Intermittent Fasting Tribe

Contributorbronze Mike G I'm on week 20 of IF and I'm still losing. I'm slowly shrinking out of most of my clothes, I've gone down 3 inches on my belt alone. My goal is to lose a 100 pounds and I know I've lost over 30 since I've started. I'm not one who likes to get on the scale, so I'm not sure exactly how much I've lost so far.

How is IF going for everyone else?
How many pounds have some of you lost?
What are your goals?

Mike G Intermittent Fasting Tribe

Contributorbronze Mike G I've been following IF plan of 20hrs/day for 5 days a week. I'm currently on week 12, slowly losing inches and dropping lbs. My goal is to stick with until I reach my goal weight.
