Ketogenic Diet for 1 month

My challenge is to stick tho Keto diet during 1 month and train 3 days/week minimum + cardio.
Who is taking the challenge to say NO to some glasses while watching UEFA or to a nice BBQ menu? ;-)
The results worth it !

For most of the time you will be consuming a high fat, high protein, low carb diet. This is interspersed with smaller periods of high carb, high protein, low fat nutrition. There are variations on the CKD but the standard way is to implement it in the following way:
5-6 days of low carb.
1-2 days of high carb.
