This is a tribe for anyone affected by mental health issues. Weather you are/have experienced any yourself or maybe caring/supporting a friend or loved one. it affects us all in some way or another. Mental Health wellness is just as importantant as physical wellness, so weather you are on you road to recovery, or have come through an experince, lets encourage and support everyone living with mental health issues on their journey to mental wellness,

Contributorgold Ruth G Hi all, how are you? Hope the winter wether (in the UK) is not getting to you as yet! I must admit I have been struggling a little more then usual lately. I get SAD in the winter months and it hit a bit earlier this yr then previous yrs, movitation is lacking at the moment, so I figuared a trip to tribesports land may help, challenging myself to log on at least every other day now as it really does help :)
