Contributorgold Vanessa S It's no secret you can't out workout a poor diet .. and dang is the nutrition part my Achilles heel! I do really well once I'm in a groove, but getting into that groove can be so difficult! I tend to let a rough emotional patch excuse my eating, then I feel almost guilty about said poor eating and eat more because I feel badly? It's a crazy vicious emotion cycle that I am really trying to break - and having woken up this morning after a 'good' day yesterday, I know I can do this! I deserve to fuel my body properly because I really feel so much better than when I spend my entire day eating foods that should be treats.
