Contributorgold Sheila G I was starting to see results by the end of the program so I will be doing another 30 days. It's my intention to add in a food guide as well (but not the eating plan as it is in the book because there are three different plans). Who's joining me for another "Cut"?

Contributorgold Sheila G Tomorrow is the beginning of week three and I renew my dedication to the menu after this week's fails (bithday party, family outings and food poisoning earlier in the week.) Rather than rely on the scales for incentive I took my measurements...I have lost an inch in the waist and 1/2 inch in the hips!
