Contributorsilver Tom G I created a workout with resistance bands that is pretty quick, took me about 20 minutes and could be expedited if you sped it up. Great for upper body and between gym days.

3 mins: 20kg barbell- pressup->clean->squat->ohp->back to pressup
1 min rest
3 mins: 20kg barbell- pressup->clean->ohp->back to pressup
1 min rest
3 mins: 20kg barbell- 20xfrontsquat->20xBacksquat->10xFS->10xBS->5xFS->5xBS
1min rest
4 mins jumprope
1 min rest
4 mins mobility drills with 20kg KB
1 min rest
3 mins jumprope- 100 doubleunders

grand total
31 minutes

30 sandbag burpees(with overhead press)@15kg

50 burpees- 3 minutes

150 twists with 5kg medball - 3 minutes
1 min rest
23 burpee pullups -3 minutes

any runover on any set comes out of the rest, any earlier and you get a longer rest.
total time 31minutes.

That/ variations of that, are my current core workout jsut now as i've got a knee injury which is stopping me running/biking/rowing/fighting
