Mobility for Sport

This tribe focuses on ways to increase your joint mobility (i.e. the ability to move a joint through its natural range of motion). Joint mobility isn't necessarily about flexibility: often moving a joint through its full range doesn't require any flexibility whatsoever! Being highly inflexible CAN pose problems with your mobility though, as can prior injuries or weaknesses elsewhere in your body. Poor joint mobility can and will inhibit your ability to exercise with proper form which puts you at higher risk for injury and poor performance.

Thanks Adrian.  I will have to look up these.  I have used resistance bands in exercises to strengthen my knees.  This then allowed me to start to squat, and then to lift.  I had not thought of using them for stretching.
