Contributorgold Adrian K First session back after snowboarding.

Up to 80kg Snatches, in a complex followed up with an overhead squat with the same weight.

Clean and jerk up to 110kg, failed twice on 115kg, caught the bar in the clean but it was too heavy to stand up.

A few front squats. Decent session overall.

Snatch: 80kg ---->122.5kg

Clean and Jerk: 110kg ----->152.5kg

Contributorgold Adrian K New Snatch PB over the weekend of 80kg. Very happy with that.

Also got a few clean and jerks in rising up to 105kg, then cleaned 110kg 3 times but dropped bar after trying to jerk it each time.

Finished off with some front squats rising up to 105kg for a triple and then some behind the neck push press rising up to 80kg for a triple.

Overall a good day!
