Party Attitude !

A party attitude is about being brave, trying new dancercise moves and exercises to work those muscles you didnt know you had. Its also about helping each other train to be fit enough to be able to dance all day and all night and enjoy yourselves. Creative, fun exercises and music are the order of the day! Hurray! Training also includes going to parties and events and throwing some shapes :D Link with other great people who want to exercise creatively and share new exercises. Together we can help each other become slimmer, shapelier, sexier and more confident :)

Contributorgold Musicool W So, I went to this advertising do and was going to be all precious and not have a drink - but I did have a small bottle of prosecco and still managed to do my training after after a few hours to let it go out of my system. I think everything in moderation - the ying and the yang and it will be okay!

Contributorgold Musicool W Hello people, hope you've all been having fun! I have been mainly keeping fit by doing some work at festivals and then partying afterwards. I havent had much access to WIFI, so updates have been scant. But I have been training for the Royal arks Half for Save the Children which has meant not drinking and having some earlier nights! However, I do intend to party when I have completed it!

Contributorgold Musicool W Hello! Hope you've all been working hard to keep nice and fit in a fun way! Ive been to Glastonbury Festival and got a bit of exercise walking round to go to various campfires and parties, which was very nice...fitness and sociable!

Its a good bit of exercise to be fair! Someone who was running the cycling campsite told me that a lady there tracked a normal days walk at around 20km! :-)

Contributorgold Musicool W You can get party fit for the Summer and great ways to ease yourself into an exercise plan I have found is swimming combined with other exercises. A lovely swim followed up by a sauna and steam really helps to loosen off those muscles and get toned. I also did the 'Clubland' DVD a few days ago which has great music, a variety of warm up, dance and combat fitness moves with a cooldown. Any exercise DVD is a good way to supplement your exercise if you dont have time to travel to the gym or if it is too cold and icy to run outdoors!

Many people there Sunday morning who were recovering from a night out! Anyway so after my swim, I had a sauna and steam and went off to a party, hurray! Keep me posted on what you've been up to! :)

Contributorgold Musicool W Hi Everyone! Hows things going with the party people? I've been busy kick starting some parties, doing singing at the turning on of our local Christmas lights. Ive also been going to see a lot of theatre, musicals and some opera! (A good way to beat the Winter Blues). I've also been doing loads of jogging so I can fit into those party dresses!

I hope you are all keeping that party vibe going...even just this evening having a mini quiz at dinner still makes it a fun dinner party. So my challenge to you is to organise something fun you can do...doesnt have to be a full scale party...but something you can enjoy with family or friends :)
