Mike Fitch's Sample Flow 1. Same as before. Side kickthroughs very good form. Front still working on. No Combo's tonight. 45 minutes. Started about 8:30 tonight. 88 degrees. In beast mode when stars came out tonight. i almost howled!

I was tired today. Almost convinced myself to not train like a gorilla. 5 minutes into the routine, I already felt better. Mick Fitch's Sample Animal Flow 1. 3 each all dynamic stretches. 5X each switch/transition. Spent good time in each transition. Side and Front Kickthroughs much better form! Box drill 1 & 2 2X each. Hangin' from a tree for a few seconds. 45 minutes today.

Mick Fitch's Sample Animal Flow 1. 3 each all dynamic stretches. 5X each switch/transition. Wall assisted Handstand X 10seconds. Front kickthroughs continue to be tough holding proper form! Box drill 1 & 2 2X each. Combo 1 at least 3 times. 50 minutes.

Mick Fitch's Sample Animal Flow 1. >=3 each all dynamic stretches. >= 30 seconds playing with ea switch, 30 seconds rest between sets. Side and Front kickthroughs tough! Problems keeping foot/leg off the ground. Box drill 1 x2, 90 seconds rest, then Box drill 2 X1. Combo 1 at least 3 times. 45-48 minutes.
