should we increase weight on each set


Hi Scott! If you are able to increase weight and continue the set, go for it! That said, you could use the first set through as a warmup and increase the weight within the 2nd and 3rd set – keeping in mind that the challenge will be cumulative. Don’t be surprised if you increase the weight for set 2 (enough to challenge yourself, get a good burn going, and increase heart rate to breathless (anaerobic), and can’t increase the weight again for set 3.
