Contributorbronze Russell G I'm on my second week of this training. It's a drastic change from what I was doing before. High intensity cardio, fat-burning weight workouts, yoga etc. Weighed myself this morning and I'm up 2 lbs. This would not have freaked me out until I measured my waist and it was 1.5 in. larger than it was 2 weeks ago. That is freaking me out good.
