The 3 Mile Time Trial

You choose a 3 mile course where you live. You map it online and then test it with your GPS to verify the distance.

Every month and once a month, let's say the first Monday of the month you go out and run as hard as you can, as it's a TT! Post your training on the tribe every time and we can create a league table with all the members of the tribe. Your goal is to train hard during the month and improve your time on every 3 Mile Time Trial.

It's a lot of fun and you will know you are improving. So same course, same time every month and post your result!

I plotted a course on google maps that comes out to exactly 3 miles. I haven't double checked it with the car, but I'm going with it.

My first try at 3 miles in about 10 months:  27 minutes flat.
