When you are dehydrated you feel physically and mentally tired. Keep this in mind next time you are feeling down. Dont grab a glass of water that is room temperature. Instead grab a cold glass. A cold glass of water has a little thermogenic effect. Making you burn some extra calories while you re hydrate.

Eating food that is nutrient-dense instead of calorie-dense (high in volume not calories) will keep you stuffed and not fat. Broccoli, Spinach, and in the non plant section eggs, are foods you can eat in high volume without worrying about going over your calorie goal.
