The Stick Tactic

If you know what you want to do to improve your wellness but have trouble sticking to it, we've got the tools, the science and the community to help you stick.

Evidence shows that to really make a habit stick you've got to keep it up for at least 13 weeks, so The Stick Tactic on Tribesports is going to help you get there!


• Join as a group with your mates, family or friends at work
• Get a focus and find small steps to help you make the effort
• Get support from people who could make it easier to stick
• Check-in to see your progress and patterns as a group
• Talk to our Guides and avoid the niggles that get in your way


The Stick Tactic is being developed by Participle as part of a new wellness service called WellWella. We're a social enterprise and WellWella is backed by Guy's and St Thomas' Charity, Macmillan Cancer Support and Bupa.

If you get off track for a couple of days, don't see it as quitting.  Just get back to it...If you do something the following week, then another thing the next week, string them together...you've been active for 3 weeks...and that counts!
