Training for 1st time marathon participants

16 weeks Training programme for Dublin Marathon or for any beginner who wants to participate in marathon for the first time.

Marathon Training: Programme will start from Monday July 2nd. Programme will be update every week. You can change/edit programme depending on your own routine etc. Any relevant information can be asked through email or tribesports etc.

I would love to see many people taking this challenge/training to become first time marathoner. Programme will be published on 2nd July 12am....

Hi Irfan, I just found this, I like it! But in Australia we are in kilometers, not miles, so I find the pacing confusing. I usually run at @ 5 - 5.2 minute kms and I am not sure what this equates to. I am planning to run my first marathon on Octob...
