TS Challenge Tracking

Contributorgold Emma P I have tried printing all my challenges out so i have them in front of me ive tried setting up spread sheets but dont seem to stick it it i have a ruled note book now that i just write my weekly challenges up each week, it works the best for me!

Bob K TS Challenge Tracking Tribe

Contributorgold Bob K Well tried to setup a spreadsheet and now on version 2 of it. Created separate tabs on it for - 1 shot challenges, 1-2 week challenges and month or more challenges. Then color coded the active ones I am working on.

Heather R TS Challenge Tracking Tribe

Contributorgold Heather R I started w/ pen & Paper. Great. Then I noticed a change in how I was taking on challenges & organized a month in notepad....went back to paper to track weekly. Then I was doing more & takin on more challenges. SO I organized an excel spreadsheet but realized I enjoy too many varieties to keep up w/ myself! *sigh so I am back to notepad. Organizing by month first, by weeks, & by day challenges. Mark off per day. Still...thinking about the calendar suggestion. It beets trying to figure out what to do for the day. Plan a month 1 day a month. works for me.

Squishy P TS Challenge Tracking Tribe

Contributorgold Squishy P I have a file saved on my computer with the weekly count..... I do not have anything as fancy as some people.... plus my wife keeps me motivated and reminds me what have and have not done for the day.... I just keep checkin the boxes!!!

Nuchi N TS Challenge Tracking Tribe

Contributorgold Nuchi N This is what I have done. It is more like keeping record of the numbers of reps and challenges I do each day/month. it helps me to keep myself motivated and work as hard as the previous months. With this one, i can see how many reps of each type of exercise I do. For example, each month, I would do about 27,000 reps overall so I will tend to keep it that way or more. I will update this at least once a day and at the end of each month I have my total each month ;-)

I avoid long-term challenges that I am not likely to follow-up on like 20 pull-ups everyday for 3 weeks, I like to have a recover every other day!

I also avoid challenges I know i'm quite a distance away from, by aiming for goals closer to achiev...
