YOGA FIT

Yoga Fit (also referred to as Power Yoga)
is an active form of Yoga where the class usually starts with Warm up Sun Salutations. and then continues to climb at a more rapid pace in and out of postures, flowing through poses with abdominal crunches, push ups. planks, and Yoga burpees. All done while concentrating on the breathe and moving with the Breathe.

from the simplest moves lying on your back with your legs up against the wall. Hold a yoga block or a light weight in your hand while your arms are extended over head take a deep inhale, on the exhale lift your head and shoulders off the mat (or the ground) trying to touch your toes with whatever you have in your hand. Inhale lower down. continue this for about 10 - 20 reps then widen your legs and repeat lifting the weight (or block) while stretching to the outer side of each legs working on the the obliquus externus (side abs)

Take your favourite work out video and try to incorporate it into a slow flow (with the breathe) movement

this will allow you to achieve more reps.
