Zombie Survival: "Under Siege" Workout

A pure bodyweight workout that requires nothing more than the floor beneath your feet! Perfect for when your house is besieged by zombies and you need to keep fit on the inside. Complete the required reps in as many sets as needed, taking breaks as you see appropriate. Knee push-ups may be subbed instead of push-ups. Make sure to alternate legs on the lunges and do the side planks evenly on both sides. Complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes.
